What is the delivery time for online orders?
We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location, but most orders arrive within 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you need your order sooner.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Can I return or exchange my paddle?
Yes, we have a 30-day return and exchange policy. If you’re not satisfied with your paddle, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange for unused paddles. Please see our Returns Page for more information.
What is your shipping policy?
After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email confirming that our fulfillment team has received it. Once your order is processed and shipped, you'll get another email with your tracking details. Please note that the optional expedited shipping fees are non-refundable if you decide to return your order.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the shipping carrier’s website. If you have any issues with tracking, feel free to contact our customer service team for assistance.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been fulfilled and shipped. To do so, please contact our customer support team with your order number as soon as possible to avoid delays. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will need to go through our return process.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept payments via PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay and Google Pay for your convenience.

What are the differences between fiberglass, composite, carbon fiber, and kevlar paddle faces?
When choosing a pickleball paddle, the face material significantly impacts performance. Fiberglass paddles are known for providing a good balance of power and control, with a flexible surface that enhances spin and offers a softer feel. These paddles generate more power with less effort, making them ideal for players who prioritize power, though they may not be as durable as other options. Composite paddles, which combine materials like fiberglass, carbon fiber, or graphite, offer versatility and can be tailored to provide a mix of power and control, depending on the specific material blend.
On the other hand, carbon fiber paddles are preferred for their exceptional control and precision, thanks to the stiffness of the material. While they may not produce as much power as fiberglass paddles, their accuracy and durability make them a favorite among advanced players. Kevlar paddles, though less common, stand out for their toughness and unique blend of power and control. They offer good control similar to carbon fiber, with the added benefit of being extremely durable and resistant to damage. Your choice of paddle face material should align with your playing style, whether you seek power, control, or longevity.

What is the life expectancy of my paddle?
Paddles experience wear and tear over time. Think of them like your favorite pair of running shoes: if you run a few times a week, they can last quite a while, but if you're hitting the pavement every day, they'll wear out faster, and you'll need to replace them more often. Passionate pickle ball players are on the courts daily and often buy two or three paddles at a time. They reserve one for tournament play and rotate the others to keep their competition paddle in top condition. On the other hand, most recreational players can expect their paddles to last anywhere from 1 to 5 years, depending on how well they’re maintained.
How do I care for my pickleball paddle?
For paddles, simply wipe them down with a damp cloth after each use to remove dirt and sweat. Store them in a dry environment preferably with the paddle cover or bag. To clean you paddle face, we recommend using our Pulse Magic Eraser to gently clean and maintain the surface of your paddle.

What's the warrant for the paddles?
Limited 1-Year Warranty
Pulse pickleball paddles are covered by a one-year warranty against defects in workmanship and manufacturing from the original purchase date. This warranty is valid only for the original buyer and cannot be transferred to others.
What's Covered and What's Not
Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship are protected under warranty for one year from the purchase date. This coverage does not include normal wear & tear, damage ground impact, misuse, negligence, user modifications, or wear & fading of graphics over time with regular use.
